|Honour in Victory - 1925
As the World RPS Society searched to find ways to appeal to new markets, this execution is the first ever reference to "honour" in RPS. The concept of playing for honour was seen as a way to move the game beyond simple decision-making and into the realm of playing for its own sake. The idea being that as players won more games, more honour would be bestowed upon them.
The anvil in this execution was meant to signify that the game was being re-tooled to take in this new concept of honour that today we take almost for granted.
