Lead on - 1973

This much discussed image seems to tell a story of solidarity between all three of the noble throws as three prominent players each are seen holding a different throw. A closer look tells a much more subversive story. A "some throws are more equal than others" theme is clearly evident via the Rock shown over and above the other throws and is "closer" to the World RPS Society. Historians have argued that this is proven by the representation of the artist (far left in the background) character who is also shown with a rock. As a result many have dismissed this image as poorly executed (i.e.: too overt) propaganda.
