Shocking news just in. Slimy and Stu Vessant were each killed late in the evening on April 3rd.
Slimy was reportedly gunned down outside of one of New York's upper-eastside apartment buildings, between the hours of midnight and 1:00 am. No further information has been recovered, and no suspects have been reported...
Stu Vessant was involved in a hit-and-run (accident?) while crossing a street in DC. He was not crossing within a marked crosswalk, but investigators still believe there could be foul play involved. He was rushed to Georgetown University Medical Center where he was declared dead at 4:16 a.m.
Could these tragic events be related? Only time will tell...
Several senior members of the WRPSS are reported to have gone into hiding in fear for their own lives & the lives of their families.

Stu, this is great news. My sources were vague with the details of the hit & run incident. They merely suggested it was you, and said "A member of the WRPSS, and regular in DC."
But if you are not the second fatality, then who is?

My post to refute incorrect reports of my death is also several days late.
Well-wishers will be relieved to learn I have not been gunned down, although I was jostled rather a lot by a man pushing a flower cart as I was coming out of Il Vagabondo after a veal chop and a game of bocce.
