Techniquely, Master Rosh isn't a turncoat, since he's still a member of worldrps society.

Techniquely, Master Rosh is a turncoat, as well as a member of worldrps society.

It may be worse than we thought, Jef.  My sources indicate that Rosh's defection was not of his own free will, but at the behest of the Retired Veterans' Committee.

I do not know for sure why they have done this, but I have my suspicions.  The two main theories are:

1)  The RVC is in League with USARPS, and seeks to profit from Rosh's inclusion.
2)  The RVC opposes USARPS, and sent Rosh to destroy them from within, knowing full well of the dark cloud of bad luck and scandal that follows Rosh wherever he goes.

Concerning you, Arbiter, there has been much thought paid to your whereabouts, and your well-being has been wished by all.

Good grief!  You'd think nobody had seen me for a year or something.  I've been in the first floor men's room, where I've always been.

Rocky, isn't that a little severe for a few hours of sleeping on the job?

Severe? Maybe, but Barnaby was going to sell your office furniture, and the croquet set at a yard sale if you hadn't returned.

Do you have any time off remaining in the Media Brigade?

Al, I have heard you spout some whoppers in my time, but the RVC behind Rosh's defection?!! Absolute nonsense. If there was ever a group that had a vested interest in the continuation of the World RPS Society status quo it is the RVC. A quick monitoring of the private internal and double secret RVC members-only blog reveals the absolute disgust that the RVC holds for that organization. While the RVC was never a fan of Rosh they did recognize his value to the society as a high visibility ambassador and thus would never have parted with such an "asset" (their words, definitely not mine).

I'm not sure I want to ask.  I seem to be having trouble with the Brigade all of a sudden.  I just received an invoice for several months' past due rent on my old office and another one that seems to be charging me for everything I write during the work day that is not part of a Media Brigade script and/or pamphlet.  By the word.

This just in:  effective immediately, Master Roshambollah's croquet privileges have been revoked.  The reason for this is unclear, but has something to do with the "croquet incident" at the SW ProAm afterparty.

On a related note, standout player and veteran of the Atlantic Yards Smackdown, Heather "H-Bomb" McCabe, is distinguishing herself not only in RPS, but also in croquet.  Get the details here.

Allow me to enlighten the news service, as I was there.

It would seem that while Master Rosh was winning the RPS battle against yours truly he was losing the battle against The Reverend (aka Roshambo's signature Zinfandel). After taking great care to set up a regulation croquet pitch, inform the players of the ettiquette, rules and strategy, Rosh seemed most amused by the fact that game involved large wooden hammers.

Needless to say Rosh's "Drunken Style" croquet resulted in some impressive and never-to-be-replicated martial arts moves, which left most players and several spectators running for cover. Upon the game's conclusion, Rosh was still struggling to get through the first wicket.

I believe Arbiter would have blown a gasket to see what an unfettered Master Rosh has made of two of the world's most distinguished and honourable pastimes.

Yes, that is all very amusing Mr. Bollah.

I never claimed to be the greatest RPS player alive/in history/ever (unlike some others I can think of), so boasting about besting the IT guy at RPS is a rather dubious achievement.

All I'm saying, Mr Gherty, is that if you spent a little more time practicing your RPS and a little less time practicing the ancient Hawaiian art of "Huli-hu-hu" you would be a much better player.
