My name is Jendra Callaway, and i am an RPS enthusiast. My RPS league in Des Moines, Iowa is comprised of about 150 players ranging in age from six to sixteen, both genders are represented. Our league recently inquired with the World RPS about the Junior RPS league in our area. Although we are not currently affiliated with WRPS, we believe we are the largest junior community RPS league in the continental US and Canada.
We are currently seeking a Professional RPS Trainer to assist our members in becoming champions. We are putting together a group to attend the RPS championships (as spectators) this year. We have organized several fundraisers to raise money for our members to attend this event. This includes carwashes, bakesales, and community volleyball games. Our league has spread primarily through word of mouth, and is lead by several of the more senior RPS players (age 16 and above) in the league, myself included (i am 14 but my brother and i founded the league)
As you can tell, we take RPS very seriously in the greater des moines area. A potential trainer does not need to live in the area, but we will communicate frequently via email. Pay can be negotiated, but don't expect much. Bonuses will be awarded for our members success in tournaments (basically if you improve us, you will be rewarded)
Qualifications we are looking for:
qualified RPS player
active player
knowledge of gambits and advanced strategy
records of success in competitions
has attended RPS Championship at least once
knowledge of RPS history and players
training strategies for youth
if you have one or more of these qualities, and are looking for a training job, please contact me at
