Max,

If you look at Wayne's post count, you will see that he has actually been around, on and off, for a while now. However, Eric's appearance does indeed bump you up one in the Bullboard heirarchy.

I thought I'd update this thread, because R Cohrs and I are down to the final throw! We're tied at 3-all. Here's the current throw record:

Franklint P vs S R Cohrs
Franklint P vs P R Cohrs
Franklint P vs P R Cohrs
Franklint R vs S R Cohrs
Franklint S vs S R Cohrs
Franklint P vs R R Cohrs
Franklint S vs R R Cohrs
Franklint R vs R R Cohrs
Franklint S vs S R Cohrs
Franklint S vs S R Cohrs
Franklint P vs. S R Cohrs
Franklint R vs. S R Cohrs

Also, I just re-read this (http://www.worldrps.com/bullboard/index.php?topic=2477.0). I love you guys. Know this, even when I get ahead of myself and start being a prick. Also, I just realised how much of a complete tool I was back in the day. Oh how the times change.

Cheers,
Franklint

Erik and Wayne are both in the ladder - once I get their rpsgame.com usernames I'll update the ladder and username list accordingly. Welcome Erik, and welcome back Wayne. Throw well!

Not that I can see.

On another point. Has Rosh forfeited yet?
I don't doubt his reticence is a ploy to delay my challenge top you. If he does forfeit what happens to him?

i am going to rescind my challenge top you and challenge Cohrs. I need to stay out of eriks reach. i know he is gunning for me.

Hi chuk,

I've edited the ladder, and also shown your new challenge vs Cohrs. Rosh hasn't forfeited against me yet but he's running close to it. If it is a deliberate tactic on his part, it might backfire. I think I have the beating of him.

Mr.Dwyer,

You are both welcome to sign up.
I wouldn't try to care where you start. You will start at the bottom.
Interestingly, Erkern, your stay at the bottom would be one of the shortest I've seen.

Martinburley will attend to details.
Welcome aboard, Erkern, and Wayne, nice to see you back.

Thanks a bunch for kindest words so far this afternoon. Hope to prove them deserved in a few days, and therefore challenged already - although not sure the challenge is valid, as I have yet to find the ladder. Has someone perhaps borrowed it for a paint job or light bulb change or something, and not returned it to it's normal place?

Looking forward to trying to learn from you all (or in plain words: To try and beat your shirts off of you.)

Mr.Pridmore,

Erik!

Good to see you've come to the Bullboard as per Rosh's instructions.

This is Will Pridmore.

Also hello to Wayne!

You're both in the tournament. Good o. I am having a terrible run at the moment, so be prepared to overtake me in the coming days.

Cheers,
Franklint

Again, your warmhearted welcome is by far deserved, but I humbly accept and hope to prove worthy in due time (in other words, that I will be able to beat the liv... To be a polite and interesting player!).

Took me a while to figure things out, but I'm here now. See you later, and thanks again.

Burley,

So far I score our match thusly:

138097 Rosh-scissors Burley-scissors TIE
138103 Rosh-rock Burley-rock TIE

Correct?

I responded to your challenge 138103 today, Monday April 14, just after noon EST.

Am I correct in thinking that I now have a week to issue my response challenge?

Mrs.Sista,

Humbly, I challenged you just now, as you're two places above me.

Hi Erkern,

You can find the current ladder positions over here. This also shows which games are currently in progress, any postponed challenges (e.g. Max can't play Franklint until R Cohrs has finished his challenge against Franklint), and the results of the matches so far.

You'll notice that your challenge against ScissorSista is listed, so you're good to go. Send her a challenge via rpsgame. That's the first throw of the match. She'll choose her throw (rpsgame will email the result to you), and then she'll respond with the second throw, and so on back and forth.

Or she might just forfeit again like she did against chuk. If you get a message from rpsgame saying your challenge against her has expired, you win by forfeit (after 7 days).

Rosh,

You are correct. We both opened with Scissors and switched up to Rock. You do indeed have a week to issue the next throw.

Wayne,

I join you in the hope that this thing won't go on forever lol

And yes, you can pick anyone randomly from the list and challenge them.

Good luck!

Rosh

I haven't received the next throw from R Cohrs, so I'm going to go ahead and send to him, with nothing written in the message box so as to not gain a psychological advantage.

EDIT: Also, I've received a couple of challenges from a user called "Sioen". Anyone know who this is? I don't know whether to accept or not, and I just thought I'd check that it wasn't part of the tourney.

Cheers,
Franklint

Mr.Burley,

You can find the current ladder positions over here. This also shows which games are currently in progress, any postponed challenges (e.g. Max can't play Franklint until R Cohrs has finished his challenge against Franklint), and the results of the matches so far.

A well designed and easy to understand page about the matches underway, and those coming up.
One hundred white doves packed up and sent in gratitude.

You'll notice that your challenge against ScissorSista is listed, so you're good to go. Send her a challenge via rpsgame. That's the first throw of the match. She'll choose her throw (rpsgame will email the result to you), and then she'll respond with the second throw, and so on back and forth.

Is every game only one round? Or, is a match several one-throw games? Or is one match just one one-throw game (which of course means, there's absolutely no difference between game and match, propably meaning aswell that a set equals one throw, which also actually makes up one game, and since a match is only one game... THAT in a very easy way explained what I believed was a tennis expression, the often spoken words: 'game, set and match'. It turns out this is an expression from RPS, I don't think the world knows that.)

Or she might just forfeit again like she did against chuk. If you get a message from rpsgame saying your challenge against her has expired, you win by forfeit (after 7 days).

Seven days is not very long time to analyse, make a strategy, plan tactics, and then implement the plan. I humbly suggest that it be considered to extend the time for each move with one week?
