Good footage. The champ had some good advice; she didn't think about what she wanted to play, she watched her opponents faces to figure them out.

I actually thought it was quite interesting, on stage right after her victory Martinez was asked by a couple of reporters what the most important element of her victory was - to which she replied: "practice".
I notice she's been quite careful to downplay that element in her interviews since. Whether that's from modesty or gamesmanship - her "reading" certainly seemed on all night.
One of my ref team also noticed that Bennet (the runner-up) was playing a rock-exclusionary strategy in the final round - points for style, but that's especially difficult with an opponent that's on a roll (as anyone in the final 16 is going to be, by default).
