Hi folks,

I'm new here and I would like to create a Rock Paper Scissors tournment in Portugal. Is there any way of it be a sanctioned event of the world rps society or the society does not sanction any events?

I would like to know if there is a link to an official regulation on RPS and for any advice in creating this tournment.
