This could be a red herring, but two days ago I saw someone looking a lot like Rosh, and wearing a similar Chinese-style hat ö though sporting a beard, sitting outside Bertillon's in Paris drinking a bottle of Beaujolais. He was sitting silently with a tattooed man. As I went to cross the street to approach the pair, a coach pulled slowly across the road infront of me.
