Can someone please clarify the correct state for the at-rest hand? OPHRS photos show the resting hand in various positions of 20 – 60 degrees in front of the player, while they’re priming/throwing. But I’ve always heard that the hand should be resting at-ease by the player’s side. Can we get a ruling on this? It would be just awful for the all of the OPHRS games to be declared null and void, but we do need to set the standard here.
