We in Orchard Park developed our own method of RPS - the "speed play" method. It involves both hands - for a complete description, please follow the link below on our website to the full analysis of Varsity RPS competition. The "throwing hand," commonly used as the right hand, is pounded into the open hand, usually the left, three times in rapid succession in order to indicate pace. It is well explained on the website, so I will not waste space here. We find the speed play method to be the most exhilarating, intense, and expedient way to complete RPS matches.

If anyone else has questions about Varsity RPS, please let us know.
