Well your first mistake was sending it to the Tournament Policy Task Force, since they were disbanded after the Southwestern Regional "incident" in 1999. I believe that their offices have been taken over by The World RPS Email Room.
Frankly I am amazed it got to Joshua considering that the Society Referees Union, haven't put their stamp on it yet.
Rose, I know as Morality Officer you have a duty to produce new legislation, but do us all a favour and attend the noon-hour proposal status meetings so we can give you the benefit of our experience in these matters.
