Welcome on board! Internal processes have been somewhat floundering since the lynching...er, I mean retirement of the previous Manager. Here's to some much needed leadership.

I have a question regarding my parking status. As a part-time member, I received my parking sticker for the "Paper" zone. However, the Paper Parking deck is currently being resurfaced. Can I rightfully seize any open spots in the Rock zone (because paper beats rock), or should I instead apply for a Daily Temporary Parking Pass in the Scissors section with Support Staff? I ask because I know that the DTP pass must be applied for at least two weeks in advance (excepting when the date is on the third week of the month, in which case three weeks is required.)
I'd rather not have to fill out the application every day, but don't want to park in the public lot 10 blocks away or relinquish my part time status. Any suggestions?
