Well, first of all, is your left hand alright? If not, you could still use your single-digited right hand to form 3 distinguishable throws.
Rock: index finger curled, knuckles up.
Paper: index finger extended, knuckles up.
Scissors: index finger extended, knuckles pointing parralell to floor.
Can't RPS players in your area be more acomadating of your injuries? The kind of unthinking exclusion makes unfortunate laws such as the Americans With Disabilities Act easier to pass.
Have you considered moving to an area with more open-minded RPS players?
