Well, I guess "dark" is a relative term. "Dark gray" doesn't necessarily mean the same as "light black" to me. I was originally thinking along the lines of a charcoal, but lightening up the gray just a tad makes the blue work better and still doesn't come close to being "light gray".

The gray shirt shouldn't cost much more than a white one, so the additional cost would involve the bi-color printing. If it requires a more complicated printing process, things can get ugly.
But it's still a T-shirt. How bad can it be?
