This may be your experience; however, we at the Stamford RPS Research Lab Circle take issue with your assertion.

We have just concluded a 16-month study of novice RPS players and come to a different conclusion entirely. Unfortunately I am not at liberty to reveal our conclusions, as they have not been published yet; please see the upcoming Summer/Fall '01 edition of "RPS Statistics and Methods" (volume X, no. 2).

Remember, it's a mistake to assume that one's personal experience reflects the actual state of affairs. Use the scientific method.
