When I lived back in Japan during my junior high
school years, I had some friends who endulged in
a number of games of "Strip Jan-ken," as it was
called there. They soon discovered, however, that
the best place for such contests was not out in
the middle of the athletic fields, and their
public matches were soon put to rest by the powers
that be (or, more correctly, the powers that
were.)

I never participated in this form of RPS myself,
so I can't speak to the "added excitement" the
removal of clothing gives to the game.
