Ive got to say that that Rich seems like a top guy.
He is intelligent, composed and steadfast in his views. Just the sort of guy RPS needs.
Rosh, I'll bet ,when you came out of your self imposed wilderness, and laid you're carcass on the RPS pyre, you expected the worst. I will also bet, that not in your wildest dreams did you expect to be running equal and agreeable to guys like Arbiter, Simpson, Rich and myself.
You have demonstrated an impressive enthusiasm and are to be congratulated for your efforts. We are all aware of the hours you put in and the strain it must be on you.
Perhaps now it is time to allow some younger enthusiasts to take on responsibility and to drive RPS,and for you to grow fat on the fruits of the seeds you have sown in this last 18 months.
I think Rich could well cope with 'fundraising' and given time should look after 'spiritual affairs' allowing you to concentrate on 'Outreach' as you head to retirement.
Indications I have are that any financial impediments to getting Rich on board are achievable.
For RPS to move ahead we must employ a spokesman who has no skeletons. It is with some sadness that I put to the members that Rich has far, far, far less than you, my friend Roshambolah.
As ever
your friend
