I do have information regarding a couple of tournaments in Chicago, though in my experience, these local tournaments have been and grand disappoint. There was very little respect for the regulations in the last couple of tournaments i attended in the chicago metropolitan area. For example, at the last tournament I attended, which was in Tinley Park earlier this year, the competitors were required to sit in chairs with a small table in the middle! Needless to say, i was outraged, and that tension totally threw off my game.
Anyhoo, I've been interested in organizing another tournament in which we can regulate the rules and play RPS as it was meant to be played. I know a few people who are interested, and it could be real cool. You're welcome to join in, and i could certainly use help organizing it.
Let me know if you're interested, and if you know other people who are.
Cool man.
Dennis.
