: We both agreed our favourite was 'Modern Office' Maxwell. We decided it would be fun to post a competition on this board to see if anyone could guess the origins of this one.

Easy one. During his professional career, Maxwell threw more Confetti than a drunk on New Year's Eve. Even in his amateur career, he was known as the "Paperboy". Surprisingly still a competent player, he was nevertheless termed "Modern Office" for one reason, and one reason only: too much damn Paper.

I will anxiously be awaiting both the copy of "Rocky Road" and the cufflinks. It was especially sneaky of you to use a trick question. RPS newcomers who don't know the era that Maxwell comes from might assume that by "Modern Office" is meant a player who is progressively throwing less paper around, though still too much, and can't seem to find a pair of Scissors to save their life.
