It is my duty to inform you that due to your comments on the board (re: the case now officially referred to as "Phartgate") you are now considered a possible co-instigator, along with the other defendants (citing the Retroactive Instigation Precedence set in Hearing #129987c Session VII.ii). You are hereby ordered to report directly to Hearing Room 23 tomorrow and for the remainder of the Hearings should your testimony be needed.
